Porsche strikes again with the launch of the new Porsche 911 GT2 race ready car. Porsche makes the new model a speedster. Porsche 911 GT2 is highly light weighed and has dropped its weights to the rear wheel drives. With twin turbo engines, the Porsche 911 GT2 is more powerful than ever and ready to race. It is a beauty to admire with taut suspensions and stiffer look. Inheriting various characteristics from its predecessors the Porsche 911 GT2 is a work of pure innovation. With over 530 rear wheel horse power it can kick out a speed of up to 100 kmh in a time span of 3.7 seconds, with a breath taking speed of 329 kmh. Lets get one step closer to the new Porsche 911 GT2 before its launch. Here is a small review of some of its key features:
Performance: Porsche 911 GT2 is the most powerful and the fastest car produced by Porsche for road. With dual turbo technology and six cylinders of 3.6 liters capacity placed horizontally opposing produces a power of up to 390 kW and a rotating speed of 6500 rpm. Torque of up to 680 Nm maximum is constantly maintained within a speed range of 2200-4500 rpm. With 100kmh in just 3.7 second and top speed of 204 mph you are guaranteed to have a jolly ride. The air conditioning system inside Porsche 911 GT2 provides automatic climate control along with carbon filters.

Ceramic brakes and taut suspensions: It is designed to be sportier and harder, making it rock hard more suited for use in racetracks. And to complement it, the new Porsche 911 GT2 is equipped with PCCB brake system, which is Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake system. Porsche 911 GT2′s standards are fitted with 14” discs at the rear end and 15” discs at the front. The coupe is equipped with airbags at front, head and thorax which makes you feel safe inside as there are airbags present for the passengers as well. The composite brake system is developed to highly suit it with racing standards.
Three-stage PSM system: Equipped with the new PSM system (Porsche Stability Management), the coupe always stays in line under cornering forces, accelerations and braking forces. It makes you feel secure, no matter at what speed your car is moving. The PSM system offers great stability to the system. It also has the features to turn off the acceleration traction control and slide control if you get in to the mood to have some adventure.
Efficiency: It has a mind blowing gas mileage of about 12.5 liters/100 km. Its low weight, drag coefficient Cd of about 0.32 and rear wheel drives gives it higher efficiency and also adds to the experience of sporty ride. Thus at these standards with such performance it is a real fuel efficient car.
Safety systems: Along with sporty features, the new Porsche 911 GT2 is also equipped with safety features having deformation zones which absorbs impact and protects the fuel tank, passenger cabin and fuel lines.
